Rates will increase per additional item.
The buyer is responsible for customs imports, taxes and duties.

For large items or big orders, rates may be significantly higher than quoted on the website, please e-mail us for an exact shipping quote.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery within the UK and 10 working days for international delivery. However, if you urgently need your item, please get in touch, and we will do all we can to get it to you in time.

RETURNS

We do our best to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their items. We are a small business and will deal with returns on an individual basis. Please e-mail us within 7 days of receiving your item at hello@eesomeshop.com with your reason for return, and we will get back to you with exchange or refund options.

Note: The nature of the items bought on this website are second hand and pre-owned; therefore, items may have slight surface impairments. We reserve the right to deny a return if we do not think the return is within reason.

Packaging

All of our packaging is recycled or recyclable. We occasionally use plastic bubble-wrap which has been collected and reused. The paper and tissue we use are recycled and the packing peanuts are biodegradable and can be dissolved in water. We use carbon neutral delivery services and aim to leave no trace on the planet from our deliveries.
