These Moroccan bowls were used by Berber families when milking their animals. The bowls would be dug slightly into the ground for stability and milked directly into. The handles allowed them to be hung for transport and storage. The large spout helps the milk to be decanted easily.
After a lifetime of utilitarian use, these pieces have a beautiful patina and would make lovely decorative pieces or planters.
