A well used cook pot with a chard patina. Also known as a Pignate, the pot was used to cook beans and soups and will have been placed directly next to open flames to slow cook. It has a signature flat handle for the region and delicate glazed pattern.
A beautiful and classic piece of Tuscan antique ceramics.
